Aqua Pro recently undertook and successfully resolved a long-standing and highly demanding problem of salt concentration that was affecting the operation of a large waterpark with slides and water play areas. The high levels of salts in the water often caused equipment damage and increased maintenance needs, creating operational challenges for the facility.
Reverse Osmosis System
Following a thorough study and evaluation of the installation’s requirements, we proposed the installation of a reverse osmosis system for brackish water, specifically designed to withstand continuous and heavy use demanded by slides and water attractions. This solution was selected as the most reliable and efficient, given the need for high performance, durability, and low maintenance costs.
The system installed has a treatment capacity of 185 cubic meters of water per day, more than sufficient to meet the park’s needs. It is a central reverse osmosis unit that ensures consistently low salt levels in the treated water, improving overall water quality and effectively protecting equipment.
Our technical team carefully selected the appropriate filters, membranes, and overall design, tailored to the specific characteristics of the local water supply and the high operational demands of the facility. The system is fully automated, with real-time monitoring and adjustment, ensuring uninterrupted performance even during peak visitor periods.
