Returns Policy
For any cancellation of the order, in whole or in part, you must contact Aqua Pro immediately, through the contact form of our website, via e-mail, at [email protected] or by telephone +30 26610 81977.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order up until we notify you that it has been dispatched, as long as no invoice or proof of purchase has been issued. After this point, cancellations are not possible and will not be accepted.
If the order has already been dispatched and you refuse to accept it upon delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, both for the delivery to you and the return of the order to Aqua Pro O.E.
Returns
The store takes every precaution to carefully pack products, ensuring they arrive to you undamaged. Since many of our products are fragile, we use special packaging and collaborate with transport companies to guarantee safe delivery.
If you notice that the packaging or product is damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the package. Instead, inform Aqua Pro O.E. within 24 hours by phone or email so we can review the situation and provide further instructions.
If you receive the product, carefully remove the packaging and inspect it for any damage. If you find a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping, please notify us within 24 hours and send us photos so we can arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
If you decide to return the product, please ensure it is sent back with its original packaging and all relevant documents, in the same condition you received it. If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the store reserves the right to seek compensation.
If the product is completely damaged upon receipt, you will not need to return it. It is sufficient to send us the relevant documentation and photographic material to replace the product at our expense.

Refunds Policy
If you paid by credit card and cancel the transaction, Aqua Pro O.E. will notify the bank, which will handle the refund according to its agreement with you.
If you paid by bank deposit, the refund will be sent to the same account used for the payment.
Changes and refunds are based on the current price of the products, not the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you chose the cheapest delivery option available.
