Filter Cleaner & Degreaser features a unique formula suitable for all types of filters and filter media. It breaks down calcium deposits and grease, allowing the filter media to operate at maximum efficiency. It is recommended for use at both the beginning and the end of the swimming season.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Sand Filters
- Switch off the circulation pump and close all valves.
- Open the filter lid.
- Mix 1 litre of product with 10 litres of cold water in a suitable, clean plastic bucket, then pour the solution directly into the filter. DO NOT ADD THE PRODUCT TO THE POOL!
- Leave the product to work for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, rinse the filter thoroughly and perform a Backwash cycle, if available, for 10 seconds.
- Resume normal filter operation.
Cartridge and Diatomaceous Earth (DE) Filters
- Remove the filter and its elements to eliminate all loose surface debris.
- Add 1 litre of product to 50 litres of cold water in a suitable, clean plastic container.
- Place the filter in the diluted solution.
- Leave it to soak for 24 hours.
- Rinse thoroughly, reinstall the filter, and resume normal filtration.

In areas with hard water, No More Scale is beneficial, as it helps improve filtration by breaking down scale deposits.
